Find Articles in Databases

Find Articles in PubMed

Searching PubMed is different than searching other databases or Google. Use the following tutorial to help you search PubMed. If you have any questions, ask a librarian! We're happy to help!

Find Articles from Citations

The library subscribes to many databases, which each contain many articles. In order to see if the library has access to an article, use the library's Journal Search. Click on "Search for a journal" below:

A new screen will open. Search for the name of the journal (not the article) and click on the name of the journal to see a list of databases that contain that journal.

(Note: if you do not see the name of the journal, we do not have it in one of our databases. You will need to request the article via InterLIbrary Loan.)

Select a database from the list.

Once you are in a database, most have a 'search within' box, where you can search for the title of the article and/or author's last name.
