OneSearch has two main functions:

  • It’s a discovery tool that helps you search for books, articles, media, and other library resources

  • It’s the new library account system for managing your check-outs, renewals, and hold requests

OneSearch replaces both the broad search functionality of Summon and the catalog and requesting functionality of CLICnet.

In its default search, OneSearch is drawing its results from the following sources:

  • Print books, journals and media from CLIC library collections

  • Articles, ebooks, and streaming media from online databases

  • Collections from the Concordia Digital Collections and DigitalCommons@CSP

  • Course reserves

OneSearch defaults to showing you articles and ebooks that Concordia has access to. The "Expand My Results" checkbox in the top left corner of your results page will broaden your search to include citations for e-resources beyond our collection.
