Not all databases are created equal. OneSearch is a good place to start, but as a graduate student, you’ll often need to dig deeper into specialized databases. Library databases each contain and search different resources and are more focused than OneSearch.
When searching, pay attention to filters that let you select peer-reviewed journals, publication dates, or subject areas. These are critical for making sure you’re sourcing valid, scholarly material for your literature reviews and papers.
