Launched in 2017, Concordia University, St. Paul is able to provide access to some of the research produced by the students and faculty of CSP through the institutional repository, DigitalCommons@CSP. In this repository, we host a variety of content, including graduate theses, capstones, and doctoral dissertations, undergraduate and DPT posters, Concordia Journal of Communication Research, and oral history projects.
Today there are 4,350 works posted in DigitalCommons@CSP. With a wide reach through Google and Google Scholar, these works have been downloaded 256,134 times from 211 countries. Nine of the ten top downloads come from the publications Concordia Journal of Communication Research and Graduate Teacher Education.
DigitalCommons@CSP can host a wide variety of work and is a good repository for work you wish to archive and provide public access to. Many journal publishers allow green open access, which refers to the ability to self-archive a copy of a work or post it in an institutional repository. Contact Jennifer Carlson, jcarlson@csp.edu, if you would like to talk about adding your work, or student research to DigitalCommons@CSP.
