Booking Equipment

What is Available to be booked?

Placing a Booking Request
Walk-in’s for Equipment are welcomed but if you do have a special event that you need equipment for it’s best to book the item(s) in advance. 

Users have the following options for placing a booking request:

  1. For Faculty and Staff only: place a Booking Request online through OneSearch by searching for the item you wish to book and then selecting “Request from Concordia.” Choose “Booking” as your “Request Type”. Note: If you need 10 Easels you will need to place a booking request 10 times in a row. 
  2. Email the details of your Booking Request to 
  3. Stop by the Information and fill out a paper Equipment Booking Request Form.

In most cases, the library staff will contact you via email if there is a conflict with your request. If not, please consider your request accepted. 

Due Date of Materials:
Most equipment items default to a 14-day loan but because these are high-use items we ask that you please return the items as soon as you are done using them. 

You can see the due date of this item via your library account. Once you are logged in, select your name in the top right-hand corner, and go to My Library Account. 

Returning Materials:
Please return items directly to the Information Desk.
